Chick-fil-A in Tampa is hiring for a Back of House Dish Washer to support the kitchen team. This role offers both full-time and part-time hours, on-site work, and pay between $16.00 and $17.00 per hour.

You’ll wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, learn from experienced operators, and grow through in-house training and leadership development. The team emphasizes a positive environment and community impact.

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes to a clean, Food Safe standard.
• Keep the dish pit area clean and dry.
• Run the trash whale when it fills up.
• Organize all dishes and wares and maintain the organizational systems.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes as necessary to a clean, Food Safe standard
