The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are consistently clean and ready for use. Key Responsibilities

• Dishwashing: Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Kitchen Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area by regularly emptying trash, cleaning food preparation areas, and ensuring equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Utensil and Equipment Sorting: Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in an organized manner for easy access by kitchen staff.
• Assist Kitchen Team: Provide support to kitchen staff as needed, including helping with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks during busy periods.
• Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and report any shortages or issues with dishwashing supplies and equipment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
