OTP is seeking a dependable dishwasher to clean and sanitize all plates, glasses, and silverware, keeping the dishwashing area safe and sanitary to ensure a GOOD AS GOLD EXPERIENCE for guests. Responsibilities include sorting, rinsing, loading racks, and hourly dishwater changes to maintain workflow.

Applicants must have a California Food Handler Card, be at least 18, and follow safety procedures to uphold a clean, efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• California Food Handler Card required prior to first shift.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to read labels on chemicals and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain professional demeanor in a high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes and place them in racks for the dish machine.
• Handle sharp objects safely and follow proper safety procedures.
• Take care of inventory and prevent breakage of dishes and silverware.
• Sort and stack clean dishes, transport to storage, and rewash as needed.
• Change dishwater hourly and remove trash to dumpsters.
• Set up and break down the dishwashing area and clean floors.
• Fill/empty soak tubs and ensure cleanliness of mats and area.
• Notify manager if dish machine temperatures fall below safety standards.
