Lazy Dog Restaurants, LLC is hiring a Dishwasher in California to keep the dish room, dish machine, and related areas clean and sanitized. The role supports a high-traffic kitchen and requires familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper procedures to maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and place them in racks for the dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and carry them to cook's line and proper storage areas.
• Change dishwater in the dish machine as required.
• Wash pots, pans and trays.
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Assemble/disassemble the dish machine.
• Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.

Job description

Dishwasher: At this location, our dishwashers earn $16.50 - $17.50 / hour and an additional $2 on average per hour in tips.

If you love to keep plate ware, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized, while maintaining the dish machine, dish room, prep area, equipment, then this is the job for you. You are super tidy and like to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the dish room and adjacent areas of the restaurants. You are familiar with the chemicals used in the dish machine and daily cleaning procedures.
