Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, full-service culinary environment.
• Basic awareness of food safety standards.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where applying.
• Minimum legal age to serve alcohol / work certain shifts.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Uphold sanitation and organization across the dish station and back-of-house areas.
• Wash plateware, glassware, silverware, cookware and utensils to support service.
• Learn RH menu items and ingredients to support kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with team to assist with daily prep, inventory and cleaning tasks.
