Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Dishwasher for Bottleworks Hotel in Indianapolis. You will wash and sanitize dishes, assist in food prep as needed, and keep stations clean. Pay is $16.00 per hour with a team that values hard work.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• U.S. Work Authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes in a timely fashion as they enter the dish room.
• Soak and scrub dishes that require heavy cleaning.
• During prime service hours, remain focused on designated tasks.
• Keep your workstation clean and organized.
• Practice safe knife handling; if training is needed, see the Chef.
• Return all cleaned dishes, glassware, etc. to proper location.
• Trash removal as needed.
• Food preparation duties as determined by the Sous or Executive Chef.
