Geronimo Hospitality Group in Indianapolis seeks a room attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring every guest interaction is welcoming and aligned with our standards.

You will follow safety guidelines, manage daily room inventory, and collaborate with team members to deliver memorable Geronimo moments that reflect our award-winning hospitality. We offer steady shifts, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in housekeeping and customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures.
• Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.
• Clean hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas.
• Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
• Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
• Pick up ground litter around hotel or whatever visible.
• May perform similar duties as requested by team leader.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As a room attendant, you will ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces. You will come into contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. You play a very important role and will contribute to a unique experience for each of our guests every day.

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• Education - High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience and/or Training - Housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
