Job summary

Either/Or Eatery & Patio is seeking a reliable PM dishwasher to join the team. Your shift runs Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and you must have prior dishwashing experience.

The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, organized dish area and supporting kitchen operations with sanitation best practices. Responsibilities include washing and storing dishes, helping with basic cleaning tasks, and assisting with closing duties to ensure readiness for the next service.

Qualifications

• Must have previous dishwashing experience.
• Shifts are Tue-Sat, 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
• Reliability for evening/night kitchen support and sanitation practices.

EITHER/OR is looking for a reliable, PM dishwasher.

Your shifts will be Tuesday - Saturday NIGHT 4:00 - 10:30 PM.

You MUST have previous dishwashing experience.

Job Duties:

Dishwashing & Cleaning:

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area throughout the shift.
• Follow all sanitation and food safety procedures.

Kitchen Support:

• Assist with basic cleaning and organizational tasks throughout the kitchen.
• Remove trash, recycling, and cardboard.
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies.

Closing & Operational Support:

• Complete assigned cleaning duties at the end of each shift.
• Ensure dish area, floors, sinks, and equipment are cleaned and ready for the next service.
• Assist with additional tasks as directed by kitchen leadership.
