Newk’s Eatery in Texas is seeking a reliable Dishwasher & Dining Room Attendant to help keep the restaurant clean and guest-ready. You’ll wash dishes, assist in the dining area, and support the team to ensure smooth service.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided. This role offers flexible scheduling and a path to kitchen or leadership opportunities within a welcoming team.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and operating efficiently throughout each shift.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and maintain clean waste areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen, dining room, and service areas.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, beverage stations, and guest touch points.
• Restock dining room supplies, beverages, condiments, napkins, and utensils.
• Maintain clean and fully stocked restrooms.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy periods.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, lift, reach, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Work safely around water, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment
