Qualifications

• Experience in commercial dishwashing and kitchen sanitation preferred.
• Ability to follow food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
