Copper River Grill in Kentucky is seeking a focused and energetic Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. You will wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools to support smooth service.

The role requires teamwork, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment. No prior experience required, but preferred. We offer a welcoming, lodge-inspired setting and opportunities to grow within our restaurant.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing experience
• Knowledge of commercial dish machines or chemical safety protocols
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions and clean kitchenware professionally
• Excellent time management skills to handle a high volume of soiled dishes during busy hours
• Basic communication skills for coordinating with cooks and servers
• Experience with heavy lifting and safe handling of cleaning products
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen pans efficiently.
• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing machines, checking chemical levels and water temperatures.
• Sort and stack clean kitchenware safely while maintaining high organization and presentation.
• Return clean dishes and cooking tools to their proper stations quickly to support line cooks and servers.
• Empty, clean, and reline kitchen and dining room trash cans and recycling bins throughout the shift.
• Ensure proper chemical handling, sanitation, health codes, and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with sweeping, mopping, scraping floors, and maintaining cleanliness in the dish area.
