Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates dishwashing equipment to ensure adequate supplies of clean tableware.
• Maintains personal hygiene and sanitation standards as required by health regulations.
• Follows proper food storage, handling, and preparation standards.
• Adheres to established Ecosure standards.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment through regular floor maintenance and waste disposal.
• Handles and uses cleaning chemicals safely to sanitize tableware.
• Completes all training requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.
