Savant Palm Court of Culver City is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to maintain clean dishes and kitchen areas in our assisted living dining room and kitchen. You will operate dishwashing equipment, sanitize items, and store cleanware properly, while supporting the culinary team during meals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow documented procedures for washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes and utensils.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Must meet health and safety requirements including PPE usage and hygiene practices.
• Restaurant or food service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain required Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
• Ensure thorough sanitization to meet food safety standards.
• Maintain steady supply of clean items for meal service.
• Support kitchen cleanup and arrange storage of cleaned goods.
• Follow procedures for handling and disposing of cleaning chemicals.
• Stock serving stations and prep areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
