Job summary

Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a full-time and part-time Dishwasher to join our team at Momosan Ramen by Morimoto in Boston, Massachusetts. You will help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and on serving equipment to ensure health standards are met, supporting the kitchen team in delivering memorable guest experiences.

No experience is required, and you’ll have opportunities for training, weekly pay, and a variety of benefits through a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Capacity to work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring sanitation levels meet health standards.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and storage areas.
• Remove trash from the dish room and sanitize garbage cans.
