• Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses a dishwasher; ensures cleanliness.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and maintains sanitation in the area.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and maintains cleanliness.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains temperature and chemical levels as required.
• Keeps the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops floors; cleans work surfaces and prep areas.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas; assists with loading/unloading.
