Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed Dining Services at UNC Greensboro is hiring a DISHWASHER. The role maintains cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in sanitary condition.

Pay ranges from $14.00 to $17.00 per hour with full-time and part-time schedules; perks include free bus pass, free parking, one free meal during shift, and discounted work shoes. Applications accepted ongoing.

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience required.
• Serv Safe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and cleans them using established procedures.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays and maintain sanitation.
• Polish silverware using available equipment and procedures.
• Maintain temperature and chemical levels per standards.
• Keep dish area clean and safe, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies and other duties as assigned.
