Qualifications

• Previous stocking, rotation, and detailing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or on a dishwashing line.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures and maintains sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Maintains compliance with safety procedures and clean standards.
• Keeps dish area tidy and floors clean to meet sanitation norms.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
