Job summary

Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC is seeking a Dishwasher for the Lumberjack Café in Howe, Oklahoma. You will keep dishes, utensils, and cookware clean and sanitized, assist with basic food prep, and maintain a safe, organized kitchen environment.

You’ll also help with restocking, equipment care, and supporting cafe operation as needed. We value teamwork, speed, and customer service, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of restaurant or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move heavier items with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen and café have clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, pots, pans and equipment.
• Assist with basic food preparation as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized kitchen and dish area.
• Launder towels, aprons and other items as needed.
• Support overall café operations and assist team members as needed.
• Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned.
