Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC is hiring a friendly Cashier for the Howe, OK location at Rons Lumber. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle checkouts, and assist customers with finding products.

This role requires the ability to work evenings and weekends, lift 25-50 pounds, and use a POS system. Prior retail experience is helpful; we value dependable, team-focused staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in using computers and operating POS systems.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the business.

Job Location: Rons Lumber, Howe, OK 74940. Job Category: Ron's Lumber & Home Center. The company, a Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC, is seeking candidates for the Cashier position at our HOWE, OK location.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, greeting and thanking them, and assisting with their needs.
• Answers phone calls in a polite and timely manner, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance.
• Assists customers in locating products, offering recommendations, and providing personalized information.
• Upsells and promotes items to increase overall sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Highlights Do It Best reward program to customers, encouraging their participation to foster customer loyalty.
• Follows company standards and procedures to ensure efficient operations and meet customer expectations.
• Processes checkouts accurately and efficiently, adhering to proper cash handling procedures.

Typical Schedule

Store hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Ideal availability includes working within these hours as needed. Applicants are encouraged to discuss any scheduling limitations during the interview process.
