Nations Best Holdings, LLC's Rons Lumberjack Caf in Howe, OK is seeking a Prep Cook to join our growing team. You will prepare daily food items, set up the kitchen, and follow recipes to ensure high-quality dishes.

You should have 1–2+ years in food service, a HS diploma or equivalent, and strong food safety knowledge. We value teamwork, urgency, and a customer‑centric approach in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of restaurant, food service, or related experience preferred.
• Food handling knowledge and basic cooking skills.
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight frequently.

Mansioni

• Prepares daily food items and ingredients for service.
• Sets up and stocks the kitchen with all items needed for the day.
• Prepares and cooks food orders accurately, following recipes, presentation standards, and any special instructions.
• Assists with preparing food items for daily specials.
• Restocks ingredients and supplies throughout the day and at the end of each shift.
• Receives, stocks, rotates, and organizes inventory and freight.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and work area.
• Cleans grills, cooking equipment, and food preparation areas at the end of each shift.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and assists with general kitchen cleaning.
• Assists with inventory counts as needed.
• Supports team members and performs additional duties as assigned.
