Qualifications

Minimum age 18 years.
Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment.
Ability to communicate clearly in English, verbally or in writing.
Must comply with pre-employment, random and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing.
Must receive and maintain a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission.
Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Collect service dishware and utensils from the dining room.
Safely operate the dishwasher and handwash methods to ensure sanitation.
Restock cleaned items to the appropriate areas.
Regularly clean and disinfect dishwasher, sinks, counters, shelves and bus tubs.
Report mechanical issues to Manager and ensure dish machine works properly.
Clean floors and mats around the dish machine and nearby kitchen areas.
Monitor and remove garbage in kitchen and prep areas.
Complete side work duties quickly and effectively.
Adhere to F&B department health and personal hygiene policies.
Perform other duties as directed by management.
