Job summary

Three Rivers Casino - Coos Bay is hiring a Dish Machine Operator (DMO)/Busser. You will collect dishware, operate the dishwashing process, and ensure sanitation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You must be at least 18, obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days, and be able to communicate in English. Availability for all shifts including weekends is required, and gaming licensing may be required per tribal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect service dishware and utensils from dining areas.
• Operate dishwasher and handwash methods to ensure sanitation.
• Restock cleaned items to appropriate areas.
• Clean and disinfect dishwasher, sinks, counters, shelves and bus tubs.
• Monitor and remove garbage in kitchen and prep areas.
• Complete assigned side work quickly and effectively.
• Follow F&B health and personal hygiene policies.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Starting Wage: $17.50 hourThe Dish Machine Operator (DMO)/Busser is responsible for efficiently collecting, cleaning, and sanitizing all service dishware, utensils, and equipment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESCollect service dishware and utensils from the dining room.Safely and efficiently uses dishwasher and handwash methods to ensure proper sanitation.Restocks all cleaned items to the appropriate areas.Regularly cleans and disinfects dishwasher, sinks, counter areas, shelves, and bus tubs.Ensures dish machine is in proper working order and reports mechanical issues to Manager.Responsible for cleaning the floors and mats in the immediate area of the dish machine and other kitchen areas as directed.Monitors and removes garbage throughout kitchen and food prep areas.Completes assigned side work duties quickly and effectively.Closely follows the F&B department health and personal hygiene policy.Other duties as directed by management.WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, Team Members may be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke, including regular exposure for those working on the casino floor.
