Job Description

We are looking for a dishwasher to keep our business flowing smoothly and efficiently. Our staff across all areas rely on you to keep dishes and cookware sparkling clean, enhancing guests’ dining experience. If you’re dedicated to cleanliness, you’ll thrive in our fast‑paced dining environment, learning about food safety, sanitation and teamwork.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dishwasher with utensils, glassware, cookware, plates, and trays efficiently.
• Ensure all dishes are clean and sanitized before they are put away or used by teammates.
• Maintain the dishwasher area clean, organized, and operating at peak performance.
• Mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, and dining hallways at the end of each shift.
• Sanitize work area throughout the shift to prevent cross‑contamination.
• Set up the dish room and dishwashing machine before your shift and break both down after.
• Adhere to the most current food safety and hygiene rules.
• Come to work with a smile, full uniform, positive attitude, and willingness to give your all.
• Other duties as assigned.
