Overview

Parkwest Bicycle Casino is seeking an experienced Dishwasher (Heavy Cleaner/Utility Worker). This role involves dishwashing duties essential to back-of-house operations, supporting line cooks, prep cooks, and servers to ensure a steady supply of clean serving items such as plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, ramekins, and others. Responsibilities

1. Wash pots, pans, glassware, flatware, cups, glasses, and other dishes and containers used in food preparation and service.
2. Maintain cleanliness of floors, walk-ins, freezers, drains, floor mats, grease traps, and garbage disposals.
3. Ensure the cleanliness of cooking equipment including ovens, deep fryers, stoves, hoods, broilers, salamanders, griddles, and oriental equipment.
4. Empty and sanitize trash cans.
5. Operate dishwashing machines.
6. Keep kitchen areas, dish room, storeroom, bake shop, deli, corridors, and dock area clean and organized.
7. Assist Banquets with equipment and support the Chef and Sous Chef during banquet functions.
8. Properly store chemicals and kitchen supplies.
9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Compensation

Minimum: USD $17.00/hour
