Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in San Antonio is seeking a Dishwasher to ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, contributing to exceptional guest experiences. This role involves collecting used kitchenware, loading dishwashing machines, and ensuring all kitchen areas are sanitized.

• Strong attention to detail in cleaning and sanitization processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Wash items in 3 compartment sinks when dishwasher is unavailable.
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
• Set up workstations before meal prep begins.
• Remove garbage regularly.
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.

• Check dishwashing machines’ operation and report any technical/performance issues to management.
• Remove garbage regularly.
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
