You will operate and sanitize the dish machine, assist with sanitation compliance, and help keep the dish storage area organized. Must have a valid Food Handler’s Card and be able to work shifts with fluctuating demands.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown the dish machine and related equipment.
• Monitor water temperature, sanitation levels, and machine operation.
• Inspect dishes for cleanliness and report defects to management.
• Store washed items properly and maintain storage areas organized.
• Assist with additional cleaning and side projects as needed.
