Elmer's Restaurants is seeking a dishwasher to join our team in Oregon. You will maintain the dish room and dish machine, ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes for front and back of house while working evenings from Tuesday to Sunday, averaging 20–30 hours per week.

Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, maintaining sanitation, inspecting wares for cleanliness, and coordinating with the manager on duty to address any issues.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handler’s Card
• Able to meet the shift’s fluctuating business demands
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and break down the dish machine and related areas.
• Monitor water temperature and sanitation levels to meet health code standards
• Inspect dishes and utensils for cleanliness and report defects to management
• Sort, store, and handle dishes, glassware, and small wares properly
• Maintain cleanliness of dish storage, racks, and chemical areas
• Complete side work and other projects as assigned
