MadTree Brewing Company in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dependable dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean and efficient during peak hours. You’ll operate the dish machine, sanitize ware, and support the team with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain our industrial dish machine efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Maintain organized dish areas and storage systems.
• Support kitchen prep tasks as needed.
• Monitor chemical levels and cleaning supply inventory.
• Follow proper chemical safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish pit and surrounding areas.
• Assist during peak service periods and other duties as needed.

They ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment, tools, and spaces while supporting overall kitchen efficiency. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain our industrial dish machine efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, kitchen equipment, and additional items as assigned.
• Maintain organized dish areas and storage systems.
• Support kitchen prep tasks as needed.
• Monitor chemical levels and cleaning supply inventory.
• Follow proper chemical safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish pit and surrounding areas.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles.
• Support kitchen team during peak service periods.
• Monitor equipment operation and report maintenance needs.
• Practice proper safety and sanitation procedures.
• Execute opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Participate in training and knowledge development programs.
• Be ready and willing to help with other kitchen duties as needed.
• Spend time volunteering (paid) for MadTree Impact initiatives with excitement, encouraging teammates to do the same.

Qualification Requirements
