MadTree Brewing Co. in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service.

You will operate the dish machine, sanitize ware, and support the team during peak periods with a focus on safety and sanitation. The position offers transparent compensation of $15–$17 per hour, a 401(k), paid volunteer time, mental health support, and team discounts on MadTree food, beverages, and merch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain our industrial dish machine efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain organized dish areas and storage systems.
• Support kitchen prep tasks as needed.
• Monitor chemical levels and cleaning supply inventory.
• Follow proper chemical safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish pit and surrounding areas.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles.
• Support kitchen team during peak service periods.
• Monitor equipment operation and report maintenance needs.
• Practice proper safety and sanitation procedures.
• Execute opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Participate in training and knowledge development programs.
• Be ready to help with other kitchen duties as needed.
• Spend time volunteering (paid) for MadTree Impact initiatives with excitement.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Dishwasher position plays a crucial role in maintaining the heart of our kitchen operations. They ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment, tools, and spaces while supporting overall kitchen efficiency. STATUS: Part Time

SHIFTS: Must have availability matching status type. Availability can include a mix of weekday, weekends, days, and nights.
