Three Oaks Hospitality is seeking a motivated dishwasher for our new upscale sports bar in Tampa. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with early morning and late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The role supports food service by maintaining clean pots, pans, dishes, and utensils and by ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring dishwashing equipment, hand washing when needed, organizing supplies, and helping with basic prep

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Wash items by hand when needed (e.g., wooden cutting boards, large pots, delicate China).
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment properly.
• Set up workstations before meal prep begins.
• Ensure ample clean dishes, glasses, and utensils during peak hours.
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock and place orders when necessary.
• Check washing machines’ operation and report issues promptly.
• Remove garbage regularly.
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g., wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate China)
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
• Set up workstations before meal prep begins
• Ensure that there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g., detergents) and place orders when necessary
• Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
• Remove garbage regularly
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
• Perform other related duties as assigned
