What you will be doing:

1. Washing dishes and silverware using the dish machine.
2. Keeping the dish machine clean and reporting any issues.
3. Monitoring water temperature and chemical levels for sanitation.
4. Washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware.
5. Maintaining cleanliness in the dish room, restrooms, and food prep areas.
6. Ensuring an adequate supply of clean tableware for dining and kitchen use.
7. Monitoring linen and trash containers, emptying as needed.
8. Following proper hygiene and food safety protocols.
9. Washing metal pots and pans by hand in the 3-compartment sink.
10. Washing and lifting glass racks with the glass washer.
11. Maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.).
12. Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
13. Being flexible during shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
