Who you are:

You’re a hard worker who understands that success in the kitchen is a team effort. You show up ready to support your crew, keep things clean and organized, and help create a smooth, efficient service.

What You’ll Do:

1. Fulfill all opening and closing cleaning duties.
2. Follow your schedule as written unless otherwise directed by management.
3. Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary workspace throughout your shift.
4. Operate dishwashing equipment and properly use a 3-compartment sink.
5. Communicate with both FOH and BOH teams to support their needs during service.
6. Efficiently clean all plates, glassware, and utensils while keeping up with the pace of the shift.
7. Assist with general BOH support as needed.
8. Exhibit strong multi-tasking skills in a high-volume environment.

What We'll Need From you:

1. A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
2. Attention to cleanliness, detail, and kitchen safety.
3. Ability to lift, carry, and stand for long periods of time.
4. Willingness to help wherever needed — dishwasher, prep, and general kitchen support.
5. Ability to communicate effectively; being able to communicate in Spanish is a plus but not required.
6. Weekend and evening availability.
7. Previous BOH experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude.
