Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar in Triadelphia, WV is seeking a dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring clean, sanitized utensils, glassware, and equipment.

You will set up the dish machine in the morning, close it at night, maintain cleanliness, assist with prep when needed, stock supplies, and follow sanitation procedures to protect guests and staff. Responsabilidades

• Provides clean, sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment.
• Sets up dish machine in the morning and closes it at night according to procedures.
• Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine; troubleshoots malfunctions.
• Washes plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils per sanitation rules.
• Gathers boxes and trash; cleans and reorganizes kitchen areas; sweeps and mops floors.
• Assists with prep duties when needed and cleans throughout the shift.
• Stocking shelves according to cooler diagrams and FIFO for vendor items.
• Keeps line and stations supplied with needed items; provides ice to bar/server stations.
• Completes opening, shift change, and closing checklists; performs weekly/monthly cleaning tasks.
• Performs other duties as requested by Coach.

DISHWASHER POSITION SUMMARY

Dishwashers keep the restaurant and kitchen running smoothly by ensuring that all equipment and supplies are clean, sanitized, and organized.

DISHWASHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. 1. Provides Players and Fans with clean, sanitized, and spot-free utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment.
2. 2. Sets up dish machine in the AM and closes down the dish machine in the PM according to proper procedures.
3. 3. Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine, trouble‑shoots machine malfunctions as needed.
4. 4. Washes plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils while adhering to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
5. 5. Gathers boxes and trash from kitchen and Fan areas and takes them to dumpster area. Relines cans and return them to their respective spots. Sweeps and mops floors.
6. 6. Assists with prep duties when needed. Cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift.
7. 7. Helps put away food and paper deliveries. Follows cooler diagrams and the "first in first out" rule when stocking shelves. Marks vendor supplied items with date received.
8. 8. Supplies the line with needed items.
9. 9. Supplies the bar and server stations with ice.
10. 10. Completes the opening, shift change, and closing checklists found in multi-colored wall units as well as weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
11. 11. Performs other duties as needed per Coach request.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Frequently works with hot plates.
