Job Responsibilities

1. Perform dishwashing duties, ensuring silverware, dishware, pots, and pans are cleaned to sanitation standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
2. Maintain dish machines and the dishwashing area within sanitation guidelines.
3. Report needed repairs to the Manager.
4. Assist with basic food preparation when needed.
5. Assist with food deliveries as directed by the supervisor and clean and maintain coolers.
6. Develop skills in basic food preparation.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
