The Utility Person / Dishwasher plays a crucial role in enhancing the guests' dining experience through maintaining cleanliness and organization inside and outside the restaurant. Key Responsibilities

Cleanliness

• Provide guests with clean, sparkling silverware and dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness inside the restaurant to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
• Clean the exterior of the building and parking lot.
• Inspect, clean, and restock restrooms regularly.
• Empty trash into the dumpster; keep the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area clean.
• Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area.
• Follow the duty roster and uphold cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Comply with local health department regulations.

Operational Excellence

• Stock the cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes.
• Maintain high standards of organization, speed, and cleanliness.
• Report equipment and facility issues to the manager promptly.

Guest Service

• Understand and follow responsibilities to ensure just-in-time delivery of service.
