• Return clean items to their proper storage locations.
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and maintaining clean waste areas.
• Sweep, mop, and clean assigned kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Follow proper sanitation, chemical-use, and food-safety procedures.
• Monitor dishwashing supplies and communicate restocking needs.
• Assist the culinary team with basic cleaning, organization, or prep-related tasks as assigned.
• Help maintain clean floors, drains, mats, sinks, and work areas.
• Report broken equipment, damaged dishes, or safety concerns to management.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
