What You’ll Do

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Maintain a spotless dish room – empty trash, mop floors, clean cans, and keep items in order.
• Set up and break down dish machines daily, ensuring safe and proper operation.
• Pre‑soak, scrub, and sanitize pots, pans, silverware, and more so nothing leaves your station dirty.
• Monitor water temperatures and cleaning standards to guarantee guest safety and food quality.
• Assist teammates during busy shifts, staying flexible and maintaining momentum.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
• Take pride in your work, knowing your effort keeps guests satisfied even if unnoticed.

What It Takes

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working around wet floors, high heat, and loud noise.
