Job summary

Max Hospitality's Trumbull Kitchen in Hartford, CT is seeking a hardworking and dependable dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. The role requires nights and weekend availability and will support the kitchen during busy service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn basic food prep tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring all are clean and sanitized.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station and overall kitchen.
• Restock clean kitchenware and service ware in proper locations.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
• Support the culinary team with basic prep tasks when needed.
• Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with company and local guidelines.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service.
