Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Role:

General Utility / Dishwasher

Make a difference by loving people through helpful service. Your responsibilities include maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils—keeping everything clean, sanitary, and organized. You will also assist in food preparation and work across all kitchen roles as part of the Kitchen Team.

Responsibilities:

• Scrape and pre-rinse food from dishes and load into the dishwasher (50%).
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand or machine (15%).
• Complete prep work as assigned (10%).
• Remove trash and garbage (10%).
• Clean work areas, equipment, and floors (5%).
• Clean garbage cans and receptacles (5%).
• Maintain and break down the dish machine (5%).

Qualifications:

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Ability to transport cases up to 50 pounds, up to 20 times per day.
• Ability to handle plates, utensils, and pans on high and low shelves.
• Work indoors (90%) and outdoors (10%).
• Work in hot and damp environments.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations to ensure safety.

Physical Requirements:

You will regularly navigate the restaurant, communicate with guests, move and grasp items up to five pounds, lift/move up to 25 pounds, and bend or stoop. Adequate vision is required to assess cleanliness and operate a touchscreen. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.
