Job description

Intown Golf Club is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people who appreciate the game of golf. IGC is currently seeking a dishwasher to join the team, uphold the core values of IGC, and foster a culture of service excellence.

Dishwasher Responsibilities

1. Maintain Intown Golf Club standards in cleanliness, organization, and waste management.
2. Follow all applicable State and County food safety and Health Department standards.
3. Set up, operate, and break down the dishwasher station thoroughly.
4. Perform all dishwashing duties, including keeping the kitchen stocked with clean pots, pans, china, silverware, and glassware, polishing silverware and glassware, removing trash, and managing waste oil.
5. Keep the dish area and equipment clean, floors dry and clean, dumpster pad and waste oil areas tidy, and loading area clean and organized.
6. Complete all assigned opening, closing, and weekly cleaning duties.
7. Assist with food preparation tasks upon request.
8. Assist with garbage removal, FOH cleaning, and BOH deep cleaning as needed.
9. Check out with a manager at the end of each shift.
10. Maintain honest and open communication with staff, managers, and owners.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
