Position Specifics

Every morning we whip up delicious modern takes on classic breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes. At Over Easy a Dishwasher is the “Sparkle Master”.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, and miscellaneous smallware with a commercial dishwasher or three‑compartment sinks.
• Place clean dishes or cooking equipment in designated storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work and prep areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• Aid in stocking supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, refrigerators, freezers, etc.
• Sweep and scrub floors in the kitchen and dish area.
• Clean garbage, compost, and recycling bins.
• Transfer supplies between storage and workstations by hand or by using rolling carts.
