Job summary

The Powder Horn Club in Sheridan, WY is seeking a full-time dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas. You will operate dishwashing equipment and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment as part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.

We welcome driven individuals who can work AM or PM shifts, collaborate with teammates, and follow health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware and utensils and load the dish machine.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand when needed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dishwashing area and surroundings.
• Change dishwater in the machine hourly and manage waste.
• Assist with general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
• Work both AM and PM shifts as required.

The Powder Horn Club, located in Sheridan, WY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Dishwasher! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Summary

The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. Retention bonus after 6 months of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine
• Sort and stack clean dishes
• Change dishwater in dish machine every hour
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster
• Set up or break down dishwashing area
• Clean and roll/unroll mats
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions
• Sweep/mop floors
• Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster
• Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
• Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
• Full compliance with the Department of Health regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Hiring for both AM and PM Shifts
