Job summary

Bayonet and Black Horse Golf Course in Seaside, CA is hiring a part-time Dishwasher. You will support a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring dishes, glassware, and utensils are clean and ready for service.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping.
• Empties kitchen trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes and the kitchen after closing.
• Performs other duties as required.

Bayonet and Black Horse Golf Course, located in Seaside, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Dishwasher! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and the exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after closing.
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a fast paced restaurant.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
