Red Hawk Golf and Resort in Sparks, NV is hiring a part-time Swing Shift Dishwasher for David’s Grill. The role includes cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift.

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.

• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Red Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring for a PT Swing Shift Dishwasher for David’s Grill. All employees receive FREE GOLF along with many other employee discounts.

Responsibilities:

Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.

Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.

Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.

Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
