Part-time schedule about 30 hours per week, typically 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, six days a week. You’ll assist with basic food prep during downtime and learn the rhythms of a busy restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Dish Station Operations: Scrape, pre-rinse, load, and unload dishes, glasses, and kitchenware; organize clean items in designated storage areas.
• Facility sanitation: Sweep, mop, take out trash, clean restrooms.
• Prep support: Assist the kitchen team during downtime with light food prep (chopping, dicing vegetables, seasoning meats).
• Inventory and safety: Monitor detergent and sanitation supplies; follow health and food handling guidelines.

Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented Dishwasher to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness, operating the dish station, and keeping standard health and safety standards high. Schedule & Hours

• Hours: Generally 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Dish Station Operations: Scrape, pre-rinse, load, and unload dishes, glasses, and kitchenware; organize clean items in designated storage areas.
• Facility Maintenance & Sanitation: Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, taking trash/garbage bags to the dumpster, and regularly cleaning restrooms.
• Prep Support: Assist the kitchen team during downtime with light food prep work (chopping, dicing vegetables, and seasoning meats).
• Inventory & Safety: Monitor detergent and sanitation supplies; strictly follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines.

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend repeatedly, and lift heavy items (including full trash bags and heavy dish racks) to the dumpster.
