Job Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, handling food preparation, organization, sanitation, and the production of food items, as well as closing and storing items at individual workstations as needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Set up daily prep stations and organize workstations.
• Operate dishwashing machines, sinks, and ware washing setups, including opening and closing procedures.
• Dispose of food waste, manage trash receptacles, and break down boxes for disposal.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as directed.
• Prepare and store food items according to quality standards.
• Assist in receiving and procuring kitchen supplies following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate with chefs regarding special products or equipment issues.
• Assist team members, members, and guests to ensure excellent service and participate actively as a team member.

About You

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen preparation is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
