The Utility Person / Dishwasher plays a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience by maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
2. Cleaning the interior of the restaurant to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
3. Maintaining cleanliness around the outside of the building and parking lot.
4. Checking, cleaning, and stocking restrooms.
5. Empting trash and keeping the dumpster and back dock area clean.
6. Organizing the utility area.
7. Following health department laws and safety standards.

Operational responsibilities include:

1. Stocking kitchen and service areas with necessary supplies.
2. Maintaining organization, speed, and cleanliness.
3. Reporting equipment or facility issues to management.

Guest service involves:

1. Understanding and executing responsibilities related to timely service.
