Dishwasher Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils, ensuring cleanliness standards
• Monitor dishwasher temperature daily for proper operation
• Remove cracked or broken dishes and notify supervisor
• Store all dishes and utensils properly for next use
• Dispose of trash appropriately
• Clean the dishwasher inside and out after each shift
• Deep clean the kitchen monthly
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, walk-in refrigerator, and freezer nightly
