Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to support the culinary team in Gable House, Rochester, MI. You’ll clean dishes, keep equipment and work areas sanitary, and assist with serving when needed in a fast-paced kitchen.

Starting pay is $14 per hour, with a part-time schedule on Sundays and Mondays, 11am–7pm, plus opportunities for additional hours based on need and performance.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.

• 18+ years old or high school graduate.

Job description

As a Dishwasher, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and supporting the culinary team to ensure a smooth dining experience. You’ll be responsible for the organized, consistent, and timely cleaning of dishes, kitchen equipment, and work areas while assisting with serving as needed and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and understands the importance of behind-the-scenes excellence. You’ll work closely with the Chef and Culinary team to keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running efficiently to support resident dining.

Pay: Starting at $14, based on experience.

Schedule: Part Time, Sunday and Monday, 11am - 7pm. Opportunity for additional hours available.
