Summary:

A dishwasher cleans dishes and ensures they are clean and sanitary. Restocks clean dishes for reuse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Washes dishes, utensils, and cookware following established procedures.
• Cleans and maintains dish area equipment.
• Tests sanitizer solution hourly and adjusts as needed to maintain proper levels.
• Follows food safety and health code regulations.
• Always wears gloves and hair restraints when handling food.
• Maintains hygiene standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Attendance/Punctuality: Consistently on time and ensures responsibilities are covered during absences.
• Dependability: Follows instructions, responds to management, and takes responsibility for actions.
• Safety and Security: Observes safety procedures, reports unsafe conditions, and uses equipment properly.

Work Environment
